車頭傳動(dòng)
HEADSTOCK GEARING
車頭內(nèi)的牽伸、捻度、卷繞變換齒輪，均采用統(tǒng)一的模數(shù)、孔徑和寬度，互相間可以通用。調(diào)換一只牽伸齒輪，可以改變機(jī)臺(tái)兩側(cè)的總牽伸倍數(shù)。

牽伸裝置
DRAFT
牽伸裝置采用螺旋彈簧加壓的搖架，壓力穩(wěn)定可靠，操作方便。

導(dǎo)紗板和鋼領(lǐng)板為牽吊式升降，運(yùn)動(dòng)平穩(wěn)，紗管成形能適應(yīng)高速絡(luò)筒要求。

自動(dòng)化程度高
HIGH AUTOMATION
1.紡紗過程中，任何時(shí)候關(guān)車，能自動(dòng)適應(yīng)停車。
Whenever the frame is required to stop during spinning the frame can stop automatically at a proper position.
2.如需提前落紗，能使鋼領(lǐng)板自動(dòng)下降及適應(yīng)停車。
If doffer is required in advance.the ring rails will automatically wind down and stop at a proper position.
3.滿管后，鋼領(lǐng)板自動(dòng)下降及自動(dòng)適應(yīng)停車。
For full bobbins,the ring rails will down to starting position automatically.
4.開車前能使鋼領(lǐng)板自動(dòng)復(fù)位。
While starting the machine,the ring rails will reset themselves at starting position automatically.
5.落紗前能自動(dòng)接通落紗電源。
Before the doffing,the doffer electric source can be connected cutomatically.
6.開車后低速自動(dòng)切換高速。
After start of machine,the speed is changed from low to high automatically.
